  Teagan was able to fit me in around working nightshift and even cleaned up my travel cage while we were in the consult room. Dr Jay validated my concerns, you can see that she loves her job and unlike consults at other clinics, I walked away without any confusion.

  The staff and vets at Mirrabooka vet clinic go above and beyond! I brought my cat in with something I felt could have been seen as trivial, and we were treated with the utmost respect.

  Always so professional and caring. Have bought my cat here multiple times for checkups, with the last visit resulting in full day surgery. They make you feel at ease and go above and beyond with aftercare. Highly recommend!

  MVH is by far one of the best vets I have found in Perth. Bringing our dogs from South Africa it was hard to find a vet that I was comfortable with. Walking in I knew immediately this was the place simply by the enthusiastic and absolutely lovely vet nurse behind the desk. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name as this was my first time but between her and the other amazing staff there I think I have finally found my furever vet.

  Honestly, these guys are unicorns. Not only do they provide the best care, but they do it at the lowest price. It's a sad thing these days that almost all other vets put potential earnings over the interests of our animals. But not at Mirrabooka, they actually care about you, and your pet. They give you options, and don't just thrust the most expensive procedure as your only choice by using fear tactics. They take the time to answer all your questions, and don't hurry to push you out the door. My cat was suffering with complex bladder issues, he is all better now, but I honestly believe he wouldn't have made it had I taken him anywhere else (especially not at the center of hell itself, Balcatta Vet24). I owe the entire staff at Mirrabooka endlessly for the meticulous care they took of me and my boy. I mainly consulted with Theo, who I adore, but all three of the veterinary surgeons are wonderful. And the lovely nurses Teagan and Kylie go above and beyond. The Mirrabooka Veterinary Hospital is the only place I will ever feel comfortable taking my animals.

  As for the negative reviews on here, over the course of a dozen or so visits in the last month, I've come to know the nurses Teagan and Kylie to be the most wonderful human beings. And they were wonderful from the very beggining. These girls care about animals first and foremost, and that's all you should really care about. Perhaps consider the fact that they have a very difficult and heartbreaking job, that can be very taxing on them. (They even possibly had to have just put down an animal). It might be the scariest day for you, but you're like their tenth scared client of the day, so excuse them for not being panicked with you, and everyone else, every time. And if you did find they weren't overtly friendly to you, I would take that as something for you to consider. Hold that mirror up to yourself, because the only way I could imagine them behaving like that, was if you were an irresponsible pet owner. Like I said, they truly care about animals, and I'd imagine they see many clients not taking proper care of their pets, and would find that incredibly infuriating. They need more credit than they get. They're actual angels.
