  The Queue moved quickly, as the attractive lady with oh-so-lovely eyes and glasses perfectly matched to her friendly and attractive face, worked diligently to facilitate assistance to the en-queued clients, before two rather ... dare I say... "demanding, arrogant and intractable" men, both equally ungrateful and both deserving of lessons in social etiquette and certainly lacking in interpersonal skills.

  Whilst the customer is pro-ported to always be right, the cost to the person assisting them, can often be high. Internalising frustration is hardly ideal... I suspect that this is the case at times.
